My aunt is at Rehab at River's Edge. They seemed to be OK with her, she's happy, and has no complaints with being there. We really have to have a lot of contact because we are not allowed to go there. The rehabilitation people have called a lot of times to let us know what her status is, and that kind of stuff, so there's no problems. She likes the food, she's happy with the food, and she has no complaints about anything. From what I've seen I've only been in the main lobby part of it, and it's in very good condition I have never been into the rooms. They don't allow the visits.

My mom has been in Rehab At River's Edge since the Christmas week. Right now, I'm not really, really happy with them. She was supposed to be isolated for two weeks 'cause she went from the hospital and then she fractured her C4 vertebrae in the neck, so she had a neck brace on. She was taken off that, and to keep an eye on her, they brought her to the general population. Now, they called me on Friday and said she tested positive for COVID, so I'm dealing with that. Some of the people have been very nice and helpful, but other people have not been that helpful. When you call up, the nurse says, "She had the meds in. She's OK. Goodbye," that's it. That's a little annoying, especially since we can't go in and visit her and see her. Their communication with us is the only thing we really have to judge on how she's doing, and if they can't communicate that well with us, it's not that good. It was like a week after she's been in before the social worker contacted us to let us know how things are doing.
