The only good thing about this place is the Physical Therapy department - they were all wonderful and patient. The rest of the care was subpar. Could not get meal orders correct and nurses that had no sense of urgency. My mother fell out of bed twice while she was there, the last time resulting in a broken hip and surgery to repair it. The final insult was after she passed away from Covid, a lot of her personal belongings were missing and little was done to recover them.

Some of the assistants were rough and not gentle with me. The food wasn’t good and had to ask repeatedly for tea instead of coffee. I had a wonderful experience with Blake, Dan and Stephanie from the physical therapy department. They treated me very respectfully and were very kind.

These nurses, especially Lisa, take wonderful snd loving care of my beloved mother. They treat her as though she were their own mom. She is always safe and happy because of nurses like Lisa.

I love the facility the faculty always goes up an above her needs certain people anyway one problem I do have is cleanliness that is the most important thing to me need to work in this area otherwise you guys are good in my book
