We had a great stay at the sub acute side. All department tried their best to get all the thing we need especially the care that my Mom needs.

This is the worst facility my family member stayed at. The sanitary conditions are horrible . The aids are lazy and don't do their jobs. It looks nice forom the outside but don't be fouled. The aids make their patients sit in their waste for more than 45 minutes. The bedding does not get changed and is stained. The bathrooms are distigusting. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE THERE.

Horrible service. If a family member is not there at all times the patients are neglected and ignored especially overnight. Press the nurse assistance button and be prepared to wait 30 to 60 minutes. Imagine an elder in distress and no help forthcoming. You can talk to Steve or the other manager and all you get is lip service. Not recommended for a loved one. Wouldn't even let my pet stay here.
