"I want to first start off by saying Thank You to Hopkins for doing what they do!! They exceeded all expectations!! From when you walk into the building everyone is amazing and super nice. The lobby is quite nice. The staff is wonderful. The recreation team always have programs and events going on keeping everyone busy and smiling. The rooms are tidy and neat - housekeeping does a fantastic job of keeping the building clean. If you ever have an issue with anything, the maintenance department has got you covered in a flash! Whenever we had a question about mom - her social worker was always able to help and get us in touch with the right person. Again Thank you thank you! We can't thank you enoughtfor taking care of our Mother!!!"

"So far, I like the Dry Harbor Nursing Home. My mom has been there for almost 2 weeks now. I like the way they take care of things there. They are very, very nice people. My mom likes it more here than the one that she was at. They do physical therapy and they get all the stuff that the residents could do like crafts and things like that. They do the rapid test when you go in, that's the first thing they do. You also have to wear a mask, there are hand sanitizers, and they come into the residents' rooms to wipe it down a couple of times."

"My dad spent close to two months at Care One after complications from a hospital procedure left him unable to walk and suffering from bouts of delirium. I visited him every day and got to see the inner workings of Care One for an extended period. The team of professionals at Care One is top notch. From the welcoming receptionists and administrators; the caring and skilled nurses and aides; a truly engaged physician (with a great bedside manner) who took an interest in my father’s case; physical, occupational, and speech therapists who helped my dad regain physical and cognitive abilities; and social workers that eased his transition home, my family and I could not be more pleased. When my dad arrived at Care One, he was classified as two-person maximum assist just to get out of bed and was suffering from periodic delirium. When he was discharged, he had progressed all the way to one-person supervision status when walking with a walker, the delirium has not returned, and he is not far from being able to walk independently with a walker. His goal — and we are all praying with him — is to get back to where he was before the procedure: independently walking without any supports. We highly recommend Care One at Hanover. "

"The Oaks at Denville was great. Their independent living facility was separate from their skilled and assisted living. The independent living facilities were very nice. The skilled nursing and assisted living building needed to be updated and had more of a hospital style environment. The dining was very nice and the food was good in the independent living. In the assisted/skilled nursing, there really wasn't a dining room, just a very small activity room, and the food was more like hospital food."

"The facility is run down but relatively clean. There are some excellent nurses and aides that are overworked but genuinely care during the day shift. They are always short staff. The night staff is terrible. My mother was genuinely afraid at times. I spoke to the administrator, several times, who will tell you what you want to hear but nothing changes. My mother said that she was given the incorrect medication one evening and called me in a panic. The nurse came in the room and was quite fresh to her and he asking who she was calling. I was unable to get the hospital to test for the medication as we had no idea what it was other than seizure medication (she was told this by a new nurse). My mom passed a week later."

"My mom was here for rehab. The staff couldn’t do more for my mom and answer questions for our family. Therapy was wonderful. My mom went home with great improvements and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all for my mom’s wonderful care!!"

"My husband was at Cranes mill for almost 4 weeks and neither of us can say enough good things about the facility. The staff was the best I've ever dealt with. I have a health care background and have worked in several facilities and have visited many others, this sub-acute was the best I've seen in years. It was clean and friendly and each staff member that we came in contact with was very helpful. I would suggest Cranes Mill to anyone. I contacted Social worker at St Barnabus hospital and gave her my gratitude for recommending this facility for my husbands recovery."

"My mother is in a subacute rehab facility at Care One At Madison Avenue. We toured a few of the nursing homes, but this one seemed to be the best and the location was good. That's why we chose it. The feel and the look are excellent. So far, the staff has been good. Medicare is paying for it. The dining area is not completed yet, but it will be soon. My mother has been eating in her room and the food seems to be OK. It's pureed because she is having trouble swallowing. There are activities, but she hasn't taken part in any of them yet. They have people come in and do little musical performances, there are also church services, massages, manicures, trivia, arts and crafts, and spelling bees."

"I had two stays at this facility in march i Fell and broke my femur. Was there 6 weeks and july first i Fell down stairs and broke hand and collar bone. The physical therapy and occupational therapy were outstanding . They really aided in my recovery. All staff was excellent. Close to my heart was Nicole occupational therapist i had her both Times and her kindness compassionate expertise was the best. My room was very comfortable and all the nurses were great to and the aides . They always made sure i had everyrhing i needed. I even got my laundry done by cain and he always came to chat . The first Stay Yisroel the patiënt rep was so so helpful and caring and made sure i could visit with my daughter. Hé has a strong Senseo of family. This time a new patiënt rep Kiel was also awesome and made sure everything was taken Care of. The recreation was great too and there was pray services fun games and friendship. Even the people at the front desk were so helpful. The administrator was also very caring and wonderful. The 5th floor had been renovated great gym and rooms. I love all the staff and i thank each and everyone for aiding in my recovery. The doctors Social workers pschycologists were great too. "

"I looked at a lot of facilities and I think Morris View has a lot to offer and it is relatively close to where I live that's why I move my mom there and she seems to be doing okay right now. She's involve in therapy in PT and occupational therapy. The food is good, I have tasted it myself and she's eating pretty well. They are two in the room but it seems to be adequate and it's very clean. No matter where you go, it's very clean. Everything seems to be in order. "
