In short, this place is a God send. Allow me to explain. My father recuperated at St Anne's semi-acute rehabilitation facility for approximately six weeks following a heart attack in late-2019. He had been in the ICU for a weeks and was transferred here immediately thereafter. As his caretaker, I wanted a place that would care for my father, provide great rehabilitation services, and make him feel at home. St Anne's exceeded my expectations on all three fronts. The service here is excellent. I was particularly impressed with the physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapists on staff (Megha, Kolange, and Pascal). They worked together to create an integrated plan for helping my father regain his strength and independence. They also demonstrated exceptional bedside manner and were compassionate in their care. The health aides were also very helpful. One aide in particular (Noura) was exceptionally good and cared for my father around the clock. I am deeply thankful for her and her service. More generally, the aides were quite good and helpful and treated my father as a family member. This was especially heartening and gave me peace of mind about my father's care. The facility is also impressive. The room in which my father stayed felt like one's home (it did not have a hospital-like feel unlike many other facilities). There is also a dining area, library, and living room that made us feel very much at home. There are also various social activities and services available on site. Lastly, I would like to recognise Ms Iva Kirshner, who is the social worker at St Anne's. She is a rockstar - exceptionally competent, thorough, compassionate, and always provides the right advice for getting the care that one needs. Highly recommend to say the least!

I visited St. Ann’s Home. It looked very clean, and the people were polite and knew what they were doing. The people play games and had a lot of interactions. The grounds were small but nice. The person in charge was extremely helpful and gave me more information. They were all patient and caring.

St.Ann's Rehab facilities are the most effective, compassion ate and well organized that I have ever seen and I've been to many. Their overall care of residents is par excellence. Care is a genuine word here. I witnessed nothing but hard work and compassion and above all respect for the residents from the entire staff during my lengthy rehab at this facility. Never an unkind remark & the contact with the residents was always performed with compassion and respect toward all. God bless this entire staff .

For the most part, the nursing home seems good. The staff is friendly to me when I visit and my grandmother does not complain about them when I talk to her. The nurses are usually cheerful and give her medication on time. They also address any issues she has. The nursing assistants are gentle when handling my grandmother and take good care of her. The only thing she really complains about is the food. I tried talking to the dietary manager and he politely explained that they need to prepare their foods a certain way because many people cannot eat certain things and it is difficult to make individual meals with over 150 residents. They allow me to bring my grandmother food whenever I visit though. They also have an activity program which my grandmother enjoys. Every day they either play a game, such as bingo, or take them on trips. Every year, they also have parties, usually in the summer and near Christmas. It is nice that they invite family members and we get to see my grandmother very happy. The nursing home is not very fancy, but they keep it very clean and do their best to keep my grandmother happy and entertained.
