Adult Day Care Communities in Union City, NJ

"So far, I like the Dry Harbor Nursing Home. My mom has been there for almost 2 weeks now. I like the way they take care of things there. They are very, very nice people. My mom likes it more here than the one that she was at. They do physical therapy and they get all the stuff that the residents could do like crafts and things like that. They do the rapid test when you go in, that's the first thing they do. You also have to wear a mask, there are hand sanitizers, and they come into the residents' rooms to wipe it down a couple of times."

"This facility is in a beautiful Location, right on Sheepshead Bay In Brooklyn , NY. The staff is excellent, very kind, very knologeable and very helpful. The place is spotless and kept very clean, the rooms are adeguate and very light and kept very clean. The staff menage your medications. A Doctor is in the house two times a week. We have a Nurse every day of the week. Lots of activities during the day, a Movie each night of the week excep the weekend."

"My mom is in Wartburg. She went there for rehab, and they have an assisted living program right there, so we transferred her from rehab right to assisted living. To me, the place is excellent. They have excellent care there. She had excellent care in the rehab center. They have excellent ratings. She is in senior housing now. The staff is wonderful. I haven't had a problem. They're very pleasant and very easy to talk to. They take care of my mother, which is the main thing. She has a studio apartment and she's very happy. Her room is excellent. It's clean. They come in constantly to do housekeeping. They're very excellent. Basically, they remodeled the place and it's beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. She is getting very good care there. The food is good. There's three meals a day. If you don't like what they're serving you, you can get plenty of substitutes. Whatever you want, the chef makes it for you. Right now, because of the COVID, they only have a music program, trivia, and Jeopardy. They don't have too many activities. They can't have anybody from the outside come in. The music program is nice. They have somebody coming in twice a week to do music. It was also the most reasonable place that we checked out."

" This day care center is the best for all community,In this center they provide all nationality food at lunch time. Like Indian, Arabic, Spanish with delicacies test, In morning they provide full breakfast, All staff Member are very friendly, there Hospitality is very best then other. Staff member are personally taking care of the aged person, And daily activity on time,Three time in week they take out for shopping, Church and temple, In short this is best Medical day center, Personally I will recommend to those people who are looking for adute day care center "

"I have a very high opinion about this facility, the staff and Management. I first contacted Mr. James C. when my family was going through a very difficult time with my mother (80 years old) due to her health and mental issues. He has been a blessing, very kind and helpful; he guide us during the application process and after. After my mother started, I always check with her if she feel good attending the day care and she also express satisfaction of the treatment from staff, nurses and management. I would recommend this facility 100%, very clean, the staff treat you like a family. Now during this Covid-19 situation, they are calling checking on my Mother constantly. They are angels and a blessing to my family."
