I have a very high opinion about this facility, the staff and Management. I first contacted Mr. James C. when my family was going through a very difficult time with my mother (80 years old) due to her health and mental issues. He has been a blessing, very kind and helpful; he guide us during the application process and after. After my mother started, I always check with her if she feel good attending the day care and she also express satisfaction of the treatment from staff, nurses and management. I would recommend this facility 100%, very clean, the staff treat you like a family. Now during this Covid-19 situation, they are calling checking on my Mother constantly. They are angels and a blessing to my family.

The rooms are well organized, including a Nurse's station and also a quiet room, to relax and a place to get a hair cut and nails styled. The staff is friendly and makes one feel welcome. The staff is understanding of the needs of the people that go there and aim to solve anything that needs to be addressed and they address these needs quickly. There is a variety of activities fun and enjoyable, trips to stores and outdoor gatherings. Including games for example Bingo, there are also crafts, just to name a few. Refreshments are served, desserts such as cake and ice cream. The food is outstanding, homemade soup, dinner has a variety of choices, including fish and chicken, combined with potatoes, vegetables, pudding and much more. I would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking relaxation and good communication with others, plus many different activities. Transportation to and from the Center also doctor's appointments is available.

I had an interaction with Veronica Lopez-Hill and two staff drivers. Their dedication to residents is touching and a testament to the care given to the clients at Casa Manito.

My mother is a patient at the center. She raves about the care that she receives. From the timely transportation to the medical advice and assistance with doctor appointments to the nutritious food to the fun social activities. The staff goes above and beyond with their guidance and help when she is not feeling well. Making calls for her when there is a language barrier or when she requires assistance getting doctor appointments. The center affords her the opportunity to socialize with others and to continue to participate in a community atmosphere. My family and I are very appreciative of the staff and the care that provided to our mother. Their response to her request and their attention to her needs has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this center to anyone that has a loved one that is in need of assistance and care.

What a bunch of caring people. I Had my father at the day care with altzheimers. He was a former Mayor and a man of intelligence and pride. I was so frightened of putting him in a day care setting but Casa Manito made sure they allowed him to keep his pride by opening the mail daily. He thought he worked there rather than being a patient. Casa Manito was a blessing to my family. It is a lovely place for Spanish as well as American people. We are American and my father was made to feel like gold. My father has passed away, but I will never forget their kindness.
