I was in Trellis Centennial for rehab and my experience was excellent. I have been in four skilled nursing and I'd rate this one the highest. The food was good, the physical therapy was very good and I had a nice room. The staff was great. I didn't pay for it, my insurance did. They had a beauty salon and barber shop, and a gym for physical therapy. What I like most was that I had my own room, unlike other places where they had a curtain and you or the staff come in through a common door, and then there were like A and B units. I like my own room, and I get my meds on time.
