I feel the bare minimal cleaning is done in the establishment. I visited my husband many times and couldn't stand the smell of the place. One time the smell of sewer was so bad it made my eyes water. As far as the staff goes, if they don't like you, they treat you like crap. Same with family members. They pick their favorites. They love my husband but hate me. They refuse to take or return my calls. When I visit they turn their nose up at me. I, on several occasions expressed my concerns on my husband's health and they dismiss it as I don't know what I'm talking about. I had to send my daughter to check on him and he was found slumped over, skin beginning to turn gray because his blood sugar was extremely high and he had to be taken to ER. There were 2 other times I had to bring his health to their attention and both times he had to be admitted to the hospital and both times he didn't know who or where he was. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They only get a one star rating because 0 isn't an option.

I'm not satisfied with the situation of my sister in Keystone Ridge Post-Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation. It's out of my hands because her son will not release guardianship over to me. I walked in the bathroom, and it was totally filthy and splattered with diarrhea. Her bedding hasn't been cleaned. I don't care what's wrong with the individual with mental illness, they need to take control of the situation, take care of the room, and what needs to be cleaned. Another situation I'm not happy with is I made her a twin-sized quilt, and it was stolen. Her clothes come up missing too, including the new stuff that I bought her. I had no problem with the staff. It's just that you don't know who's stealing. I haven't checked the activities out with her. I just get in and out because of COVID. We have to wear masks and all that. I bought her a $25 dresser because the other dressers there are crappy with broken handles. The thrift stores have nicer dresses than that. I haven't really had a full tour of the facility, only the ground floor she's on. She doesn't do the cooking whatsoever; they feed the people there. They have an outdoor courtyard just for smokers, and that's in the parking lot.
