The care, love, and attention given to my husband mother, Dona, was amazing at Troy Manor. The food and selections were delicious. We even enjoyed a few meals with her just to taste them. Every staff member we ever saw or encountered was always working hard and we realize it's a hard and thankless job for most of the employees at a skilled nursing facility. We want to thank everyone at Troy Manor for the care they extend to those who need it most.

My mom is in Troy Manor. It?s clean, and the people are nice. The food is fine. There could be a few more different types of activities. They seem to do a lot of the same things.

My sister is at Troy Manor. The only thing I don't like about this facility is they have carpeting, and the carpeting gets soiled with urine so you do smell that at certain times. They do have the same activities, and they are good. They don't have a pool, but they do have transportation. They do have activities coming in. However, my sister shouldn't have been put in the lockdown. She was not that bad. After she was there -- while she really likes it there and she has accepted that -- I did notice her go downhill because there is nobody else in there to talk to. What's nice about this place? I did like when you come in the front of their building, there is a nice big sitting area where the patients are out there in the open.
