It was a very nice place. My mother was there for almost three years. It was fine until the Covid hit, and she ended up in the hospital and had to go to rehab. They did a really good job. The staff was really good. Her room was really good.

We toured The Bungalows at Springfield East. The staff was nice and friendly, and the rooms were bigger than the other place I saw. It was very clean and the residents seemed very happy. They were smiling, and the staff seems to genuinely care. It was during lunch hour so we didn't see any activities, but they told us that they had bingo and several different kinds of activities. They had an area where you could build puzzles, and it all seemed to be well thought out. It was a spacious area and everything seemed to be well-maintained, including the grounds. The dining room was clean and their menu looked nice, so my overall impression was good.

It is very nice and clean. It is what they call a residential care facility, and they provide some assistance with medication. Cleaning, meals and help with ADLs if requested are provided. The staff is very helpful and a lot of the day to day staff with the residents have been there for a long time, and that to me is a good sign. The food was better when my dad first got there than it is now. They have daily exercise class, Bingo, cards, church service on Sunday, and a music class about once a week.

My sister is here. We chose it because they had availability, and it's a whole lot closer to our house. It's very good. She doesn't partake in anything, but they do have activities. It's a very nice setting. The staff seems to be adequate. They're checking on her all the time and whenever it's time for lunch to see if she's coming or not. I don't have any complaints about any of the staff.

It provides everything that I need. We get exercise every day, bingo every day, and people coming in that entertain us with the piano, dogs, or guitars. We have Bible study at least twice a week and three meals a day. They take us to doctors' appointments and are here within five minutes when I need them. Everybody seems friendly, and they do everything they can to help you.

It is my favorite among the ones that I went to. I was very impressed with the setup, the individual rooms, the person giving me the tour, and their eating arrangements. They were involved with something while I was there. They had a kitchen that was open any time they wanted to go down and eat.

The atmosphere was wonderful. It was like a home, and I liked most of the staff. It was a very pleasant experience, and my mother enjoyed it very much.
