I have been to several facilities and this is a great one. The administrator and staff are caring and do so much to assist. My grandmother has been here several times for rehab and were blessed she always goes home. She has went to 2 other facilities to be closer to home but was not pleased so Seneca House is where we go. Thank you for the love and care you provide.

You can really feel that everyone there cares for each and every soul in there. The employees are great but the administration is amazing!

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to take pride in all they do there for our loved ones. Thank you.

This facility was very poorly managed. My dad was here for about 2weeks. in that time he only had 1 shower we know of. He had to go from here back to the hospital because Senaca house did not give his medication properly. At the hospital they smelled him and his clothes and told us they had never seen such poor hygiene conditions for a patient condition coming from a nursing home. I will be filling a complaint with the state. PLEASE if you love and care about your Family/Friends DONT send them here.

The Seneca House SDC was a beautiful location. They were very organized. The staff were extremely kind and very friendly. We were very happy with our experience with them. The food was OK. There was a horse farm behind it. It is in the country, and is a huge facility which was very well kept and very clean. They didn't have any kind of odors, and I never saw any messes anywhere. Anything needed was cleaned up right away. The common dining area was pretty average for that kind of facility. They probably could've used a little more staff during dining time. There were plenty of activities, but neither of my parents were able to participate in activities. If the residents were able, they could come on trips. My father was very oppositional, the staff spent a lot of time working with them, and they made special provisions for my father. There was always an RN or administrative person who talked to me. A staff volunteered on their time off with no pay to bring my father to my mother's funeral which was three miles away.
