The private rooms are nice and a decent size. My mother was only there 3 weeks before she passed away but the staff were lovely, loving, compassionate and really seemed to be dedicated to the care of their residents. We did have some initial minor issues but they were addressed immediately. She enjoyed the quality and variety of food. The entire facility is well cared for and kept very clean. When the staff knew we were going to be sitting a vigil in her final days, they kept a cart of food and drinks outside her room. I can't recommend this facility enough. I'm surprised it doesn't rate far above other facilities in this area.

My mother was in E W Thompson Health & Rehabilitation center for 2 months. It was nice, and I had a good experience with them. The staff was efficient, good, and considerate of my mom. We moved after she reached the end of her rehab. She had physical and occupational therapy. It’s relatively newer, a nice facility, they had good meals, and I‘ve had meals with her a couple of times there. She had a private room there. They had movie night, cards, and stuff, but not much. They had a dining area, but not a cafeteria.
