They said they were ready for me to come,when I got there my room was not ready. Staff is on their cell phones Staff don’t take care of the residents and they don’t care about them, they talk about the residents and don’t change them unless they want to, you hear them talking negatively about them . Wasn’t offered any activity’s Was forgotten at supper They are rude to the residents Have to wait forever after pushing the call light

Worst place ever! Memory care unreal. Poop in bathrooms and floor. No one checks you out when entering building. No name tags. Food horrible. No daily charting. Can't ever get a hold of anyone. Mother fell twice No accident report. Moved my mother

My great uncle is there and he seems very happy and taken care of! The staff was friendly

The reason why I chose Autumn Terrace Health and Rehabilitation (Benchmark) for my mom is because they were able to work with me financially. Their staff is good and helpful. The nurses and doctors are on duty 24/7. The meals are OK.

I'm not too impressed with Benchmark Healthcare. My mom's in there right now. The staff seems friendly, but it seems like when somebody want to get things done even a haircut or having a teeth pulled or having certain problems, they kind of hesitate. And my mom is basically begging for something to keep her mind active. It's kind of limited there. I think she's not quite ready for the place that she's in.
