"Claiborne at Gulfport Highlands is a brand-new facility, and you could tell it was. Everything was sparkling. It was just wonderful. I was shown the different dining areas, they had more than one. They had the main dining, a bistro, and a smaller area where you could also dine. It was very accommodating in every way. They explained that it was restaurant style, you go to your table, someone comes and take your order, and then it's brought to your table. It was beautiful. You could tell it had just been done, and nothing was held back. Everything was just all the extras. It was a beautiful facility, with nice landscaping, and courtyard areas. The only thing I didn't like there was that it was two-story, but they assured me that they took that into consideration at all times. It's just a little scary when you've got somebody just wheelchair- bound."

"My husband & I went by Lemoyne Place Facility unexpectedly on a Saturday in Jan 2013. We were greeted by happy smiling staff who gave us a tour of the entire facility. We were very pleased with everything. My Mother has been a resident for 6 months. She enjoys her private room, associating with residents her age, mealtimes with everyone, activities at facility & their outings to eat & shop, & very attentive staff & nurse 24/7. The owner is very respected by staff & nurses & owner respects her employees. The owner is very much a "hands on" person & stays totally up-to-date on residents & all situations. "

"We came across Seashore Highlands through a referral from a friend. It is the best facility for my mother. We're very happy with it. It is new, it is first class, and it is affordable. Also, it is in my mother's hometown. Overall, it is excellent. The staff is excellent. What I like best about this place is the professionalism of the staff. The rooms are spacious. Her room is new, very well kept, and very well appointed. It is a very nice room. They have an on-site cafeteria. They have bingo, religious services, exercise classes, and field trips. "

"Mom has gone through a lot of trauma in her life, but when I moved her into Kare Med Assisted Living, I have never seen her so happy in eight years. She laughs, jokes, and watches TV with other ladies. They have a little tea parties and talk about their family. It is absolutely wonderful. It's a four-bedroom house and they house four patients. There is a person there 24 hours and a nurse comes in every Wednesday. They have certain people coming on certain days and it's just wonderful. There's a lot of one on one for the residents. They just pay so much attention to the residents. They serve them breakfast between 7:30 to 8, but if my mom if my wants to sleep that’s okay. They will fix her breakfast a little bit later. They also fix lunch and dinner. The staff are absolute angels. "

"I went to Summerfield Senior Living of Gulfport. It's a little bit off the beaten path like more in a rural area and it's brand new. The tour was fine. They were very professional and very good. They answered all my questions. I didn't see the rooms. I just asked all the questions I could ask. The place was immaculate and brand spanking new like a new car smell. The outdoor was impeccable, well put together, and maintained. It's very nice. It's very impressive to drive up. It's a much larger facility. I only talked to the administration. It's a beautiful place. I would live there."

"The staff at The Gardens is very attentive. My mother is extremely happy there, and she has met friends. She enjoys the food, and they're very helpful in bringing her a plate because she gets really nervous in the cafeteria, but they do make sure they bring her a plate, and the food seems to be fine. It's conveniently located to my sister and myself, and when we got there, we liked it; there really was no need to go any place else. "

"I toured the Lighthouse. It was very complete, and I liked it. It has nice grounds and nice apartments, and the employees were very good. I talked to several people living there, and they enjoyed it. The upkeep is excellent. They had different-sized of rooms. They had two rooms, a bedroom and a living room, and then they had one that was just one big room. There were a lot of people eating in the dining area, so they must have enjoyed it, and the atmosphere looked nice."

"My mom was at Dunbar Village for rehab last year. She seemed to have a high opinion of the staff, being friendly and helpful. The gym that they had for rehab was basic; it wasn't that fantastic. They got the people gather for community type of stuff, like on holidays and all that. They made it a big deal about decorating the place, and she enjoyed that. Overall, she said it was a friendly and good experience. I never really got to go in, but when we visited her, they had a front lobby as a visiting area due to COVID. She was on the ground floor, so you could go in, look in and wave to her. The room looked nice. The place looked clean and neat, too. It was in a relaxing area and not an overly busy main street. There was greenery around, they kept the outside lawn manicured, just a neighborhood kind of thing. She loved the food. She said breakfast wasn't that much, but lunch and dinner were normally outstanding."
