"Lakeview Nursing Center has been very good. We're very pleased with having mom there. They spend a good bit of time each day in rehab and the rehab therapists are just very caring, very patient with the people, and very encouraging. They're very adept at their calling. The nurses are wonderful, the technicians are wonderful, and the maintenance people are all wonderful. We don't have a complaint with any of them, except that I think they're probably working understaffed, like most people nowadays, but they do their best to rise to the occasion. It's an old building, but they have managed to bring it up to present-day standards very well and keep the old feel to it. It's clean. It doesn't have an old smell or feel to it like some old buildings do. It's fresh. I'm there for many of my mom's meal times, and they have very good food, too."

"My sister has been there for the past 98 days rehabing from a series of strokes and a heart attack. Because of her limited mobility she requires quite a bit of assistance. I am extremely please with the tender and professional care she has received from the techs, nurses, and therapy team. when she gets out of the hospital again, this is the only place I want her to be. "

"My mom just went into Boyington Health Care Facility yesterday, and everything seems secure, the doors are locked, and it is wonderful. I think it will be just what my mother needs. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They answered all my questions, were very patient, showed me the room my mom would be staying in, and explained everything to me. I walked away and felt very good when I left the place, that my mom would be taken care of there. "

"When I visit, I see the staff taking care of the patients. They are attentive to their medications and needs. The people are clean and do not smell. When I enter the facility, I don't spell urine and it is always clean, the floors, windows and the bathrooms. It is well kept. The staff makes sure that the people are active in activities on a daily basis who wants to participate. They are serves snacks as well as their regular foods. "

"My mother has stayed there a couple of times. It seems they've done an overhaul with their staff, a lot of new faces from top to bottom. Her most recent stay for therapy (2019) was a very pleasant and stress free stay for her. More choices for meals. Thank you to all the staff there. Sadly, if 99 people were happy with their stay, a few may write. On the other hand, If 10 people had a negative experiance, most of them would probably write. That's my only complaint in regards to these surveys. 1st visit 3of 5 and 2nd visit 4.8 of 5 :-)"

"I had my wife in a place called Greenbriar Nursing Center. It is a nice place. They're almost brand new, and they're really nice. They couldn't keep her because they don't have the faculty there, and she kept trying to get out the door. She wanders. She was just there overnight. I put her in 2:00 that day, and they called me the next morning and told me that they couldn't keep her there because they weren't set up for a person like her (a dementia patient). It was a nice place. They have shared rooms, but you can pay extra and get a private room. They had all kinds of stuff. They had a library and a big dining room area. They had a nice dining room there. They had a play area where they put them in, and they had puzzles. It was a nice place. It was a lot better than where she is in. It was my first pick. The staff seemed to be really good over there. It's a good layout. They got a lot of nice brand new rooms and they had a couple courtyards. They got a lot of activities. It was $50 more than where she is now. It's not bad anymore. I'd put my wife on Medicaid because I couldn't afford it all. We don't make that much income. Medicaid will pay most of them. I looked at a couple of nice places, and they're $8500 a month and are private homes."
