"We are using Home Instead out in Ocean Springs. We have been using them for four weeks now. Most of the experiences with them was good. The people were fine. They basically sit with my mom because she had broken a bone in the back. The assistance they're providing is sitting with her and having to go to the bathroom with her. Most of the time, me and my wife cover 16 hours a day, and we have somebody sitting about 8 hours a day. Overall, it is a pretty good experience. There's a couple of times that they didn't have the schedule right with somebody; there was an issue with that. I need to work today and they called me yesterday about 4:00 that they didn't have anybody in; I'm sitting with my mom until my wife can come. Overall, as far as the people coming in and out, it's been pretty good. As for the pricing, it's not cheap; it is what it is."
