Addus Healthcare Services is very easy to work with. They're flexible on the hours. The hours during the day differ, but it's Monday through Friday. They came out to evaluate to decide what type of help my mom needs and also the right person for her, so it took them about a week to get it set-up. My mom's very comfortable with her caregiver. She's older, not like 25 years old, so I felt that was a better match for my mother, and it has worked out really well. They're really friendly, compassionate people, they take their job seriously, and very willing to accommodate your needs.
