Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The caregivers are prompt, on time, and dependable. They do things around the house that we have asked. Some caretakers are better than others. They could all be on the same page about what to do.

They have saved me. I couldn't drive 6 months ago. I feel a part of the community. I have been pleased with everything. I like that they have integrity. I tried to buy a worker some coffee, and she said no because of her rules. They are a straight business.

The problem is that I currently don't have a permanent caregiver but the lady on Saturday and Sunday. They're having difficulty finding a permanent caregiver for Monday through Thursday since it's only 4 hours a day it's more difficult I have someone but they don't do all the things I need to be done.

I am 78 years old and very happy with Right at Home They come every 2 weeks and help me with my housekeeping their caregiver is always on time and ready to get it all done She helps me organize and even gives me ideas on how to make completing tasks easier and in a way that I can do them safer when I’m by myself I highly recommend them for help around the house When I need to reschedule or have family coming and need my regular scheduled day changed, the office staff is so nice and makes sure I have the help I need when I need it
