Peaceful Lodge

I don't like Peaceful Lodge as much because it's like a hotel, so you have to walk a long way to go to eat or if you want to do activities. As far as outside, they don't have any nice little flower garden or something that people can walk outside and enjoy. The staff was really nice. When we were walking through it, there's staff everywhere. They're really, really friendly. When we walked past them, they said hi, they smiled. They have like about 70 residents and they said 30% of the residents are Hmong and they have all kinds of food and they even have Hmong food, too. They're very diverse. They said they do activities. One thing that I like about them is that we said my mother needs a reminder that it's lunchtime, dinnertime, whatever, and then they said, "Yeah, we'll come and get her," so there's no charge. They go the extra mile for your people.

I visited Peaceful Lodge. The dining area was nice. It's next to a freeway but was a quiet community. The parking lot was adequate. It seemed like all of the rooms were facing the freeway, so you get all the noise blasting right into the rooms. The staff was very nice.
