Hilltop Manor is a wonderful place. They are good at their job, caring, thorough, and very welcoming. We have not had any issues whatsoever. We've seen great improvement with our dad. It's a much newer, nicer home in comparison to other places, and he has a bigger bedroom with a private bathroom. They have four homes in Mendota Heights and each of their rooms has a private bathroom. It's also considerably less expensive. Most of the staff members have been there a long time, and they know what they're doing. We get an email each week from the house manager, they do exercises with them twice a day, and he has some physical therapy that he's doing. They have middle schoolers come over and do activities with them. We had a family picnic recently. There was music and an ice cream truck came. Their dinners are all from Let's Dish! We also get an email monthly from the owner and a weekly one from the house nurse. They're very welcoming, they know me by name, and they try to get our dad to go out into the living room. He is eating all three meals every single day. There are seven residents, and there's a couple that lives in one of the bedrooms.
