The Legends Of Apple Valley Apartments

I visited The Legends of Apple Valley Apartments. I didn't care for the underground parking. It seemed like it was a mess down there. That is also where they have their storage units for the people that live there. That also did not look like it was something that was convenient. It seemed like you could really hear somebody walking above you when you were in one of the units. Also, the cabinetry was really below par. On first look, the kitchen cabinets looked nice, but you take a good look at them and there were gaps in between the cabinet doors where there shouldn't have been. Also, they didn't have the easy closed drawers. You really had to pull them open and push them shut. The staff was nice and very helpful and took their time with me. The community room looked very nice. They had a really nice patio area outside right off of the community room. I don't know if it's standard to charge like they do, but the staff said it was $300 to rent the community room if I wanted to have a family gathering or something there, and I thought that was pretty steep. It's convenient because it's close to my family. I was hoping I'd really like it, but I was kind of disappointed that I didn't like it as much as I should have wished I would have, and the price was higher than the one that I looked at in Burnsville. It was more money and it wasn't as nice.

I toured The Legends of Apple Valley Apartments. I really like it there. They have a lot of different opportunities for seniors. For the staff, I was on their list twice, and then they said they didn't have my name. They have a library and a gym.

I just moved into The Legends Of Apple Valley Apartments. I like that they have large windows, big balconies, and friendly people. It's just a nice place. Friday night, we had a potluck and a sing-along thing afterwards. They have lots of stuff for the seniors to do. Everybody was very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are wonderful. It's a restricted income, independent living. We don't have meals. We have a full kitchen and I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. I have a storage locker downstairs. We have a beauty shop and a gym with good exercise machines. We do not have a pool. They allow small cats and dogs; a lot of people have animals. It's just a wonderful place. We also have a library. I'm very pleased. The staff is wonderful. The place is kept well. We also have elevators and stuff to get to our floors. I'm very happy here. They have a lot of programs; I'm interested in the sewing club. They have a garden club, a book club, and they have Bible study. They have a music group that sings, not only here, but in other places. There's pretty much stuff for everybody here. This is less than a lot of other places we looked at, and to me, that was by far the best. I'm an artist and the windows are wonderful. They're light, bright, and sunny.
