My brother is at St. Mary's Nursing & Rehab Center. Things are starting to get a little better, but depending on what nurse he has that day, he doesn’t always get the care that he needs. The staff is good but some couldn’t be bothered. They lost his clothes, but they did find some of them. I had to complain because they gave him a broken bed, and he couldn’t go up and down in a bath, but we got that straightened out. Some of the staff are trying to address these situations, but a broken bed shouldn’t even be there. They keep the facility clean, and the food is decent. They all go to the dining room and are served individually. However, their security is a joke. The entry door has the code on the outside of the door to get into the building, so anybody outside could just come up, type in that code, and walk through the door. That doesn’t sound secure to me. When I mentioned it, they said, “We didn’t have any problems.” Otherwise, the facility is decent. The building is clean, the food is decent, and relatively, most of the staff is good.

This facility I would never refer this place to no one love one.It needs to be closed or the state needs to come and.fine.to enforce the facility to do better on the cleanest , they need security, they need a staff that cares about there jobs because those patients is there jobs.The food is trouble they need to fire the cook , I'm speaking for everybody love one that is in that building not only my mom but yours too.

I would only use this facility as a last resort or if you hated your family member. Residents are ignored, treated like an inconvenience when they use their call button, forgotten if a simple request is made. Ants were all over the floor. The place smells of urine. How it supposedly got a top rating in 2014 is a mystery. The place is a pit. They need a new cooking staff and more aids to assist in helping patients. I was appalled by what I saw there. This place needs to be shut down.

This is not the prettiest or most modern place but the staff here are A++. My mom was here for hospice care and she was treatd with dignity and care. During the end of her life, the staff provided the family as well as my mom round the clock care. I would definitely use St. Mary's again.

This place is for horror movies. Patients are swimming in their own urine. Management Extremely dirty place. I wonder how the state allows this institution to exist.

Old, not too pretty , but clean. The staff are usually very pleasant & helpful. Sometimes the call light isn't answered for a while but that happens everywhere! The food isn't great but diets are adhered to (someone really needs to show them how to cook vegetables). Lots of activities & something for a variety of ability levels.
