My mother attends this facility Monday-Friday. They love her and take care of her personal needs. Weekly her health is assessed (blood pressure/temperature/pulse are checked). She is given nutritious meals. They engage her in fun appropriate activities and exercise. I know my mother is loved here. One of the ways I can tell is when we arrive at the center she walks in with open arms to the staff. She has alzheimers disease but even a person with alzheimers can feel love.

In December 2012, I visited this facility to visit my mother and the staff behavior was outrageous. They locked the door and told me that my mother was not there. My daughter's intuition kicked in and told me that my mother was there. I look in the windows and I saw my mother. Also, my mother cognitive and I have been told by the Greater Springfield Senior Services that most patients at this facility has Alzheimer or dementia. This is the appropriate Adult Senior Care Center for my mother,
