Rooms are small. Very often understaffed. No teamwork among staff, which results often in residents being overlooked or neglected. Very high staff turnover. Some staff have very poor attitudes. Management more interested in lining pockets by filling beds than providing quality care. Food terrible. Menu limited and quality poor. Residents offered no outings other than doctor appointments.
