Celebration Villa of Hearthstone East

My dad moved into Celebration Villa of Hearthstone East. It feels more like a home community. They have a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff is very nice. The food is very good. They have activities all the time. They have games, movies, and stretching conditioning. They take them for walks. They give them rides to shops. They do all kinds of different things. They have a nice patio area. In the spring, they allow them to plant a garden or whatever.

Celebration Villa of Hearthstone East was a very nice place and very clean. The staff was very attentive. One thing that caught my attention is, that if they saw that you were not escorted by other staff and they did not recognize you, they made eye contact and made sure to greet you. I found that very reassuring. It's well laid out. They will do the laundry. You have an apartment, and food is included, but you can cook on your own if you want. Housekeeping comes in once a week. The food smelled really good, but I did not try it.

The tour at Celebration Villa of Hearthstone East went very well. The place was very accommodating. I liked their facilities in terms of what they have to offer. It's exceptionally clean. The staff appeared to be very helpful and very concerned about helping the residents. I went to tour the assisted living and memory care. They have different floor plans. I saw a beauty salon.

My mother is temporarily in Celebration Villa of Hearthstone East. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. She is in a studio apartment. She has a nice and good-sized bathroom. She has lots of shelving, and it's nice and light. She has good windows. They do laundry and light housekeeping. They change her sheets. They provide 3 meals a day with snacks and drinks, as well. They have different areas where they play games. They do bingo and Rummikub. They have trivia and outings to stores from time to time. During the Super Bowl, they had a Chiefs watch party. Their activities are just fairly limited and there's not a wide variety. I have tried their food, and it is very good.

We loved the balconies and rooms but the bedrooms were relatively small and they weren't big enough for closet space. The staff is wonderful. They have a healthcare and Alzheimer's unit, but not rehab. They have all kinds of games during the week, travel and opportunities to go to different functions, and outlying facilities, including Branson. It's a pretty active group.
