We're moving our aunt to the Healthcare Resort of Kansas. I liked it because it has an open-air feeling. The facility seems to be very neat and clean. They don't have a huge number of residents. They have a nurse onsite 24 hours. We just thought based on those recommendations, they have the things we were looking for, so we're gonna give it a try.

This place is the worst! Took my mother out of there after only a couple of days. She fell and when I asked the nurse about it the next day there was nothing anyone knew about it! And her bed was coved in pee and her room was disgusting with trash everywhere in it. Do not ever bring your family into this place!

My friend Randy was there for 3-5 days. When I visited on 11-28-21, his bed was not made. No wastebasket, clock had no battery. I went back at 6 pm, nothing had changed. Found out friends had asked for these items before. Plus a recliner, as I had. Unfortunately he passed on 11-30-21. I would not recommend this place. Night nurse on Sunday was accommodating.

My dad is at the Healthcare Resort for rehab. Some of the staff were good, but some were not. The professional staff was good, but not the others. The food is okay, and he did not complain about it.
