Overall the facility is clean and nice. I could tell that the staff genuinely cared for my mother, even when she was difficult. They involved her in choices of what she wanted to eat and do. Staff spent time talking to her and went beyond by helping mom call her grandson for his birthday. Staff involved her in holidays by making it fun for her. So she didn't have to be sad about family not being able to come see her due to covid-19. Staff helped my family through the process of my mom gaining her wings. Even weeks after, thanks so much for the support and the work you all are doing!!

I would have loved to know that the D.O.N would agree to make changes that were needed in care then turn around and tell everyone what I said and laugh about it.I would have liked to know that she tries to intimidate they residents of they complain.I would have like to know that she screams and tells and cussed at staff in front of residents. My family member is terrified she is going to be a victim of one of the D.O.N tantrums

My mother-in-law has been in Victoria Falls for 3 weeks now. The staff and the people are the kindest they can be and they're very caring. The staff is fantastic, but my mother-in-law has not been very nice to them. Her dentures are not fitting so she has trouble chewing and cutting up her food, but those people are trying so hard to get her to eat. They're even including that in her therapy to try to get her to be able to eat a little bit more. I think they have done a very good job of trying to take care of her.

My parents started living at Victoria Falls in April. They are OK. The staff is outstanding. I would say the rooms and apartments are good.

My first impression when I visited the facility was that it was well-organized. It's nice and clean. They do have many activities there but I can't recall all of them. I think the staff there are good at what they do.

The Fountains is located in the rural town of Andover, just east of Wichita. This is a large assisted living facility. It is located near shopping and just a hop away from the amenities of Wichita. Plenty of parking and some tansnportation available with notice. Some of the residents have their own car. The food is good and served cafeteria style. Lots of social areas and activities are scheduled. Would not recommend to someone with significant dementia. The halls are long and there is not enough staff to provide close attention. Great for a fairly independent person who needs some supports in place for activities of daily living and meals and housekeeping.
