We went there to visit with the residents. Some of them were ok, but most were kinda off. They sat out in the hall mostly, in wheelchairs or in beds. A lot of them were broken spirited.The whole place smelled of urine and feces. The staff was inattentive. At one point, I heard one of the residents screaming. I asked one of the nurses about it and he shrugged, "She does that all the time. She will stop soon."My visit to this facility was probably one of the most troubling experiences I've ever had.
