The building is clean, the rooms are very neat and clean. The staff is very nice, they are short staffed but so are other nursing homes. They have games for the residents and activities.

They are always short handed...there are a hand full of awesome CNA's. A lot just don't care. I should have checked closer...never again!!! My cousins were here and I can't believe him or his wife put up with it. They passed a couple of months ago. Go somewhere else if you really want help .

I was able to take a tour of Bethel Pointe Health and Rehab and it was a very nice place. All of the nurses were very helpful in answering my questions and the residents I saw were all happy and content with their environmental. It smelled nice and it was all very clean. Overall I enjoyed my tour and would suggest that if anyone reading this to check out Bethel Pointe, you or your loved one will not regret it.

My dad just had reconstructive knee surgery and Bethel Pointe has helped him get right back up on his feet. I have been to a few of his visits with him, and I am very pleased of how great the staff is. They are so patient and they let him move at his own pace. My family is blessed to have found such a great rehab center!

This facility is clean and the staff are friendly. They work to help families understand what residents are going through. I am an outside consultant, and did note some educational needs as far as dealing with some impulsive behaviors. The residents reported being satisified. Most people report wanting to be more in control.
