Sprenger Health Care of Mishawaka is terrible. They had a lot of clothes missing and stuff. They didn't clean my brother's room. They also had to take him to the emergency room because his catheter wasn't even hooked up. It all backed up, and he got a bad infection. The upkeep was terrible. They didn't clean his room. He also had missing valuables taken. The nursing wasn't very good at all. It was a bad experience for him. He said he didn't like the food. The staff were not very nice.

I'm here at Sprenger Health Care for rehab. I think it's really nice. The staff are fantastic. The food is very good. If you need transportation, there is a woman here that arranges the transportation. It's very good. It's very clean. I don't see anything wrong with it at all. The cost is like any other one.

Sprenger has a caring staff. The facility is beautiful & very clean!

My mother was in this facility in the summer of 2017. She could not help herself due to a brain tumor. She had double vision so was not even supposed to go to restroom without help. No one would come when she would call. They constantly “forgot” to feed her. Several times I came in and her pills had fallen on the floor because she couldn’t see to take them. They were given specific instructions to help her with her pills. Her ankles retained water and they were supposed to change her bandages because she was getting huge water blisters that would pop and soak her bandages. No one changed her bandages for two days and they were dripping onto the floor

I was at Sprenger in 2014 and 2015. Liquids were never on food trays. When asked for some it was never brought. Was never given shower, Was told chart said I refused ,which was NEVER true. When light was put on was told to go in my bed they were short staffed and didn't have time. Meds were never given on time.

Sprenger is a friendly environment with caring staff. Therapy does an outstanding job getting people back home safely.
