I would never willingly let any loved one be placed here. CNA staff is lazy and rude, put their own breaks above patient care and definitely don’t treat their residents as I’m sure they would hope to be treated. Very poor and ever changing managerial staff, nurse managers with no follow up and a DON that doesn’t leave her office. The “tour” is deceiving, please be warned at to what actual care is like despite what an admissions rep will tell you. Most rooms have broken or very dirty furniture and the bathrooms are rundown including peeling drywall and moldy water stains. Also room bathrooms are not cleaned regularly by housekeeping staff. Only aware/oriented residents are offered to be out of bed, to go to the dining room for meals or are included in activities. Unless your loved one can advocate for themselves please do not place them there. There’s a reason that facility changes names every so often.

understaffed, unorganized, billing is always wrong. lost/misplaced personal things. rooms are not clean and need updating.

The staff appears to be over-worked and underpaid. Residents are vulnerable to having to contend with room-mates who can be noisy and disruptive, and offered no recourse.
