My brother, a veteran, resided at York Place approximately three years before needing nursing home care. His apartment was very comfortable for him and the staff was excellent in every way. I would highly recommend anyone needing assisted living to consider York Place.

My mom has moved into York Place. Our experience with it has been fine. With COVID we can do outside visits and that's it. There are internal activities. They play cards, bingo, and watch movies, stuff like that. It's outside visits only and they are for 30 minutes.

The staff were really nice. They gave me and my sister a tour of the place and showed us a studio apartment. It was just a basically a room with a nice-size closet. It had a little sink, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Their dining room is nice, clean, organized. We were able to look at their activity sheet, and they do have activities several times a day.
