My mom had fallen and fractured her hip, she had surgery, and so we decided to put her in Symphony of Dyer for more rehab. It was pretty good, but my mom didn't last there long. She passed away, but the short amount of time that she was there, it was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and available. My mom had to have the pureed food. The place was very nice and clean. The outside looked very nice. I liked the way it was. It was a good location because we had one sister that lived close to Dyer. It was a nice area.

Symphony of Dyer is a rehab facility and they also have assisted living. We really don't have a lot of interaction with the staff due to COVID, so everything is phone messages, but they seem very fine on the phone. The assisted living just looks like an apartment complex, and they've got an eating area, a bar, and a little meeting room. It looked like a nice facility when I walked through.
