"We've chosen Atria Willow Park for my mom. It was nice, everyone was nice when we toured it, and we picked out a room. They're not providing any activities right now, she's gonna have to eat in her room, and they're bringing up the meals to them because of COVID. She has house cleaning once a week, they change her sheets and wash them once a week, you can sign up for things for them to do if you want medications and stuff that she needs at extra cost, but she doesn't need that yet. The staff is really nice."

"It left a positive impression on me. I liked their activities and the energy level. The staff was super friendly. They followed up with me and were very professional. Their rooms were pleasant. We did not choose this place because of the location. My mother wants to go outside and walk, but the location was in a business area. They did not have a lot of outdoor space."

"We visited two Atria -- and we really feel at home in both places -- but we liked Copeland better because of the view outside. We want to look at and see trees. They have this little cabin where we could live, but we are not ready to move yet. The place was clean, the people were friendly, and it was well run. We had lunch there, it was very nice. They’re very hospitable, and I am sure that’s where we will go in the future as they have the same values that we have and we also have friends who live there. We would start in the independent in the cabin and if ever we get disabled then we would have to move inside. I would recommend this facility. "

"My mother and my stepfather moved into the assisted living at The Hamptons At Greenridge. They only lived there for about three months. It was excellent. My mother's husband has Alzheimer's and combative. They treated him excellent. However, because he didn't have someone with him, my mother wasn't able to go and do activities. They lived in a 1-bedroom apartment. It had a big bedroom, a big bathroom, and a living room. It didn't have a kitchen but it had a microwave. They brought their food to the room. They had a marvelous dining room. While they're eating, someone played the piano. They had a beauty parlor, a bus that takes them anywhere they want to go, and offered maid and laundry services. The staff members tried to do as much as they could, which is what I like. They were all very friendly. The food was very good. They had bingo and games. The place was nice, clean, and new."

The staff has been very attentive. They have games, bingo, movies, and group exercises. They serve very good food; very tasty, and well portioned."
