This place is crawling with roaches and mice. The nurses scream at the patients and the cnas are more concerned with their cell phones than actually taking care of the residents. The staff is rude and uncaring. Do yourself a favor a do NOT put your loved one here.

PumaFACE

I dislike this facility out of all the facilities I have been to. Their staff may appear friendly to visitors but they disrespect their residents. Their CNAs are constantly talking down about the residence and often ignore their questions/concerns. Any time that I would try to get to talk to a CNA they would give me attitude. The facilities themselves are okay. They have a nice little indoor/outdoor area near the front so residents can get a taste of outside without really being outside. When my father was there they were working on updating their building to look more modern and have a little more pizzazz. Personally, I think it is just to keep the visitors happy.
