We were very happy with the care our mom received. Staff was very professional, caring, and nurturing, with a lot of communication. Mom was very happy there, and they kept her occupied with activities while she was still able to participate. Had her in a regular nursing home ( which shall be nameless) for a few weeks prior, and will never do that again. We highly recommend.

I toured Arden Courts of Palos Heights. It's modern. It's clean. It's organized in the right way and everything's put together pretty well. The staff was very hospitable, very knowledgeable, very committed, and also very focused.

We visited Arden Courts of Palos Heights. They engage the patients in something that they can remember from the past, like old songs. The staff was very professional and very caring. They had separate areas where they can sit and listen to the radio, and if the weather is nice, they can go and sit in the patio. They had a garden that they can go and work in. I didn't eat there, but the dining area looked nice.

The other facility is the Arden Court of Palos. It is exactly the same thing as the other facility because they are of the same company. I first went in the other facility in Hazel Crest because it charged less a month. I wanted to see why they charged less a month. She explained to me that it was because of the demand of the neighborhood that lived there. The rooms were private, and they had their own bathroom. I saw activities there as well. I just think the facility needs to be more cheery though. It was very nice, and it was one of the places I was going to put my mother in, but I then found a better one.
