Wellspring Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia was good. I would rate them excellent, but they lack a little bit on personal attention. The food smelled and looked really good, and my mom said it tasted home-cooked. The activities were OK, but you have to be able to make it through the activities, and if youre not able to get there on your own, its difficult to do anything. I think the community is pretty good for bed-ridden people, but I wouldnt put someone in there who wanted to be involved in activities and social things. My mom was in assisted living and I didnt feel like they gave her enough attention, although the staff was good. The cost is really high for the value.

Have a family member in there and they ignore them &the call light for hours. They don't seem to care. You have to physically stand there and complain to get residents any help. One was falling out of the bed and yelling for help. They just stood there. They don't even get the doctor appointments scheduled. It's been a year and nothing good has happened. It's almost like they purposely let clients decline to keep them there for money. The social workers are just as lazy and the ceo doesn't do anything. Would not recommend if you care about your family members and their care...

While my husband was a "guest" at Wellspring, I had lunch with him one day....I doubt that my dog would have eaten that particular meal. Others may have been better, but not that one. The staff was kind and considerate, but the nurses were very, very busy. Perhaps they needed more staff to cope with the "guests". They were very helpful to me, even when I was there visiting (I'm in a wheelchair myself, and they were kind enough to take me to get water, etc.) Since hubby had had a stroke, he was not totally aware of what was going on so his observations were rather limited. I don't believe I ever saw the doctor, but the therapy staff are very kind.

Poor place. I would give one snd a half stars if allowed just because there are worse ones. Neglect and mentally disturbed patients left to sit in the lobby. Many rude and unpleasant night staff who stay up laughing loudly and talking and resent being interrupted. One really good nurse left a week after my parent came there. Some nurses okay but some hateful. One other one was quite nice. Mostly just marking time and a lot of butt covering. The doctor blew in and out. Rehab better than the nursing. Not a clean place. I would not want my parent to be stuck there. I couldn't wait to get mine out of there in one piece. Make sure you visit a lot to protect your parent. Basic problem is little oversight from adminstration, I think. They do have good cookies for visitors, there is that.

Do not take your loved ones there if you value them at all. Horrible management and very low morale with the staff. It's like they have just given up. She was always running low on supplies, the staff was rude, the rooms were not kept clean and it is an all around dump. Stay far far away.

The worst customer service and care staff I have ever seen. Extremely rude, act like the don't care and want to be at their job. Cut me on in midsectence. I would never let a loved one be at this facility

We are not very happy with the Trinity. All of a sudden, they would not transfer dad at the hospital he was in. The rooms are not too bad. The location was not that convenient. I do not see very many smiles when I walk in there. They just sit there and stare at me.

My friend was in Trinity Mission for rehab, and the rehab was excellent. The rooms were very small, and they were short staffed. They had a lot of activities, and she had a private room. They have staff and aides that took care of her, but there were some problems with the nursing staff.
