As far as rehabilitation and nursing goes, there is nowhere I would have rather had the pleasure of being than The Orchards of Cascadia. During my time recovering there, I was blessed with not only incredibly patient and compassionate nurses, happy to help in all ways - but also very consistent, compassionate and hard working and thoughtful CNA's who shared the same goals in helping my health as I did myself. My experience was littered with nothing but positivity through every step, steps genuinely made possible by the therapy team who I could not have recovered without the guiding hand of. They took me from stuck in a bed, to being able to walk again, and even finding the reason for a smile as well. Through all of this, even the higher ups would go out of their way to greet me and express their time and availability, should I need it. I never felt alone or abandoned in my recovery, and I urge others to get help when needed; thank you to Cascadia and everybody there who helped me get where I am today.

They consistently go above and beyond. The staff are amazing. And, I trust them with my dearest treasure: my mama. Best facility, best staff--hands down.

My grandfather is in Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation, and it's OK. I just wish they'd communicate with us better and wish that when they say they'd get the doctor to see my grandfather, they'd do it right away and not wait three weeks. I think they just need to have better people there. I don't really like the facility but there's not a whole lot I can do about it. They just pretty much put him in bed, get him out of bed, put him in the lunch room, and let him eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. He loves the food. I like how the facility looks. The rooms are pretty nice. Some of them are small and some are big. He has a roommate in a pretty good-sized room, and Grandpa likes his room and his roommate.

I'm most impressed with the park like atmosphere around the nursing home. The administrator treats the residents like they were his own family. There is a lot of space in the therapy room to work on rehabilitation. Top notch care environment.

My father thought the food was okay. The staff seemed very friendly and very competent. They always answered my questions and I find it reassuring that they weren't trying to hide anything. Overall, I thought it was okay. The room was very nice and they keep it clean. I thought they did a good job, but I think the facility is old and probably needs some updating.
