We can never say enough great things about Luna House and the entire staff. My Mom's final days were spent in a very peaceful and comfortable environment surrounded by her family and the love of the staff.

At admittance we were charged a full months fee versus being prorated as the contract states. There was not a call button in the room and our mother had no way to contact staff for help because she was too weak to call out. Staff was not attentive, professional, nor provide pain management.

My mom was a resident of Luna House Assisted Living. I liked it most that they were the only ones willing to take my mom. I like the staff a lot. The people that work there are really nice and extremely helpful. The facility is great. It's nice, landscaped, and well-kept. They had an in-house doctor that would come and see the people there. They also have an in-house pharmacy, so they just take their meds there. Overall, they were wonderful.
