My dad moved into Grace Assisted Living at Nampa. The staff is great with him. They're very accommodating and get right on things. You can see that everybody's happy there. It doesn't smell, it's clean, and bright. It's pretty big, and it gives him a lot of space to walk around. His room is great, it's just the right size for him. As far as I can tell, they keep it pretty clean. He loves the food. They have their little assigned seats and they put them with people that they feel would have the same likes and dislikes. They have a game room and a theater.

We toured Grace Assisted Living at Nampa. We thought it was a nice facility. We would have chosen Grace, but they didn't have a room available at that time, and we needed to find housing for my dad. The lady that was the manager there, we thought she was quite good. The rooms were all nice and clean and their staff looked like they were busy and happy and enjoyed what they were doing.

I toured Grace Assisted Living at Nampa. It's new compared to the other place. I think it's only four or five years old. Everything is bright and cheery. They have a juice bar setup that you can go to. They're all on one floor, so I traveled a long way to get to see the room that they showed me, I'm on oxygen, so I had to stop and rest for a little bit before I got to the room, but that can be overcome. The staff was nice and very good, had a good follow-up, and was very professional. I know that in the dining room, they combine the assisted and the independent, not that it makes any difference to me because I'm sort of a loner, but that might matter to somebody. The food quality was good. They're new, clean, and sparkling.

Grace Assisted Living at Nampa was clean, and it looked like it was well staffed. We saw the kitchen, but we didn't have the chance to taste any of the food or anything. Everything looked appropriate. It was emphasized that my brother would be able to have his things in the room. The staff during the tour was friendly and informative. There are a couple of room options. Some rooms were bigger than others. Some rooms were more like a studio. The other ones were just basic, like a hospital room. The facility was laid out pretty nice. The dining area was not too far away from where the rooms were located, so I thought that was important.

If your loved one needs socialization and or medical oversight keep looking. They get a low score from our family that had 2 members there for 3 yrs.Eventually we moved them out as care plan items not performed and yet charges kept going up. From front office to actual care wasnt kept up. Nurse turnover was very high/Appeared as if the company had rotating admit and nurse staff. Poor consistency with regards to client needs.

My problems with Grace are numerous my mother wanted to get sociation this was he main reason for going into an assisted living. To start when my mother and I visited the 1st time during Covid we were told there were numerous activities they did not have but 2 activities for the 6 mos she was there (as soon as the rent was raised they had more activities avaliable) next the food went downhill, my mother was segregated because she did not want the vaccine, and after 6mos they wanted to raise her rent by $650 a month. When we found that out we were told to contact the owner I sent her an email and she did not have the common courtesy to contact me back. It just so happened that I went to visit my mother and the owner was there she got snotty with me and I did not appreciate the way she treated me. By raising the rent $650 I told her that's taking advantage of the elderly and she did not even care this is somebody would should not be running an assisted living facility she also raised everybody else's rent by a few $100. I was told the reason they were raising the rent was to be competitive with other assisted living facilities and that they needed to pay their employees more but I do not think that is that's my opinion. Needless to say my mother was not the only person who left the facility.

My mom is at Grace Assisted Living at Nampa. I really like the staff. The rooms are nice. They have a lot to do there, so I like the activities that my mom can do. She loves the food. There aren't really a lot of complaints she has so far, but the staff is probably the best. They're very easy to work with. They're very friendly and very patient. My mom has done the bridge, but they have bingo almost every day. They have other games, they play Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, they have a dominoes game, and you can play bridge. They have mystery trips where if you want to go on the van, they'll take you places just to get some of them that can't really leave out of the room for a little while. They take them on like ice cream runs. They have a hairdresser, so that's really important. They have what they call a foot clinic. It's not like a really expensive pedicure, but they soften their feet, they cut their toenails, and they'll paint them if you want to. There seems to be every day some stuff to do if you want to do, it or you can just stay in your room and do nothing. I'm very happy with it. The food is good, and there's a lot of it, but there's other selections if my mom doesn't like what's on the menu for the day. They really look out for her, so I like it a lot. They have free snacks any time of the day. The facility is clean and very nice. It's probably an older one, it's not really fancy, but they have done very well for an older building. For right now, with her being on the basic level, it's a very good price. For basic care, that is an assisted living that they offer, it's really good. They have laundry service, they have a house cleaning that's included, so it's a very fair price. I want to go in.

We went to Grace Assisted Living at Nampa. The look and the feel of the place was good. You couldn't see very many residents, and it wasn't really clear whether they were all in quarantine or if it was the time of day that they were resting. The rooms we looked at were clean and very comparable with the other place we chose for Mom, like the windows and the lights. The staff during the visit was very pleasant. COVID is a problem. They can't let specialists come in to do things with the residents. They're very secluded. They want to keep them healthy, so I have nothing against them. It was very pleasant and very well decorated, and the floors were clean.

My mom is living in Grace Assisted Living at Nampa. It looks nice, they're trying to work things out, and it takes a while to get used to it. The staff is nice, and you seem to be able to talk with them to get things done in a reasonable fashion and time. The dining area is lovely, and the food is really good, I've eaten there also, and mom seem to be okay with it. I've seen them playing bingo when I go there.

Grace Assisted Living was more like a nursing home. The staff who showed me around was wonderful. The dining room was nice. The place was clean, but more like an institution. However, they had outside activities for the residents.

I toured the facility with my mom last week and we were so impressed with what we saw. The place is very neat, clean, and homey. Mom instantly fell in love. The staff there was very friendly and helping and everywhere we looked, there was always someone there helping someone. During our time, we stayed for lunch and was able to talk with some of the residents. All the residents talked very highly about Grace and the staff; complimenting their kindness and respect that they gave. Grace is no doubt the best place for my mom and I highly recommend for everyone else's.

I visited Grace Assisted Living. The rooms were fine, clean, and nice. We looked at the dining room, and it was fine. It was lunch time, and there were a lot of people there. We only talked to a couple of people. They were fine and nice. I would recommend it. However, my mom was not ready to move into that little apartment.

I put my dad in Grace Assisted Living at Nampa. The administrator is great, caring, and very willing to work with you. But I'm not very impressed right now. My father has doctor's orders to be on a low carb diet, and they're not putting him on that. Also they say they only have one room left, and I found out they have 4 or 5 left. The biggest thing that I was upset about is when they did an intake evaluation, they looked at his legs and his behind to make sure he didn't have any sores, and they took him from a level 1 to a level 3. So currently right now, I'm having a couple of issues that I had to bring up with them. They need to improve on their communication with the family and listen to doctor's orders; that would be my biggest thing. The staff seemed okay. But the nurses' station is setup on the other side of the building where there are no residents. When a person uses their nurses' call button, the nurses have to literally walk to get to the person. They have one station and it's not close to the patients.

My visit to Grace Assisted Living was very good. The staff was extremely good with their accommodations. I only saw one room, and it appeared that the person occupying it had everything she needed in there. It was very well kept. Their dining room was very large and clean, too. The stuff they had was very clean. I visited there after-hours, and they were still willing to tour anybody. They were very helpful. There were people around to assist the residents, and a staff member around to assist the visitors. There were also several groups playing games and doing other activities. The place really had a friendly environment.

As far as the cost in comparison Grace Assisted Living is competitive. I thought their assessment was a little high for the needs because I brought in my own caregiver, but that is something that I need to deal with. The room and dining room were great. The dining room was well laid out; I think it’s good. I liked it very much and that probably would have been my first choice had they accommodated the interview with my mom a little bit better. She probably would have gone to Grace.

We've had my parents in Grace Assisted Living for about 12 weeks now. This is the one that we liked the best -- it was the closest to us and it was the right price. It was a wonderful place. The staff has been very kind and good. They have a bedroom, a living area, and a kitchenette -- it was very nice. The dining room was very nicely decorated: a pleasant atmosphere and the food was good. For activities, they have Bingo, dominoes, and crafts. They also take the residents shopping; they have a hair salon and they do the ladies' nails.
