The Addison of Sandy Springs

The Addison of Sandy Springs is close to where we live, it is fairly new, and it's beautiful, bright, big, and friendly. I think it's perfect for my mom's living situation. We are thinking of moving her to their assisted living facility. The choices of rooms were nice, and the price was not too bad, either. I think she would like it there. A great deal of why we are considering it is its proximity to where we live. It's so close that we can drive there in 10 minutes. The place is well-lit, modern, and it has a very nice dining area. The reception area is really nice, and the perks are nice, too. They even have a private dining area for birthdays or something like that, so if my mom can't get out, we can use the private dining area. They have a lot of activities. They have a theater room, bingo, game nights, and all kinds of different things. The place is really inviting. I met the chef, and he's a good dude. I've met a couple of the residents who are there, too, and they were really nice and very kind. The person we did the tour with was fantastic. We were supposed to be there at 4:30, but didn't get there until about 5:15. She was very kind. She waited and served us well. The rest of the staff, the ones I met, were also very kind and very cordial. They seemed really concerned about the people who lived there. I did not sample their food, but it smells delicious. They invited me to come up and have a bite to eat, and the dining room was full of smiling faces, so I think they did a good job.
