I scheduled a tour with the Executive Director, M.D. When I arrived at the agreed upon time she was not there and they had to literally look for someone to tour me. Residents were getting up out their wheelchairs and it was no one around to redirect them. Some of the amenities mentioned on their website was not available at the time of visit. 24/7 care mentioned seem like false advertisement. There was no activity.

I am choosing Jonesboro Assisted Living for myself because I need help 24/7. The place is very clean. The staff is kind and friendly, for the most part. Trash and laundry are done for you, and they will monitor my medication. I am getting a single room and I have to supply everything including the trash can. You get no selection for food. They have a beauty salon but they do not do nails.
