My grandmother was at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cumming. The thing I appreciated was that they fudged an extra day out of it because Medicare only pays for a maximum of two weeks, and so they made her start date later than it was to give her some extra therapy time and to give her more time there. I liked that they gave her two extra nights/one extra day for free. So that was good for her. The staff were very caring, compassionate and very helpful. They made all her doctor's appointments before they discharged her, so that was good. The therapy was very good there. The level of care was very good. Just every part of it was very good. The facility was clean and well-kept. It was inpatient, it was an extension of the hospital, and so it was very hospital-like.

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cumming was fabulous. Top of the line. Staff, facilities, food rooms, everything. It's beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff were great, all very knowledgeable, very nice, and very caring. My mom was there for rehab.
