"We really like Chelsey Park. They have all kinds of cards games, board games, and Bingo. They have all different kinds of things for groups of people to be a part of. All of their food is home-cooked; it is very good. The nurses are very capable and very nice. The ones I met I would give at least a five because of their dedication. My mother doesn't like the physical therapy; however, they continue to encourage her even though she has an attitude about not wanting to do certain things, and wanting to do her own thing."

"My father is in Gold City Convalescent. It is a good place. I really like the people there. He is in a semi-private room. He has his own closet and his own dress room, and they supplied the bed. We brought in a TV, a chair, and other stuff. They have a nice place out at the back where they have a little garden where the residents can go and smoke. It is fenced so we don't have to worry about them wandering off. However, there are so many residents there, and it seems awfully crowded. I am satisfied with their services."

"I stayed at the Oaks for about a month. It was clean, the people were friendly, and they prompted me to do things that would strengthen my body. I had another companion in the room with me since it was a two-bedroom. I had the food mostly brought to my room, and it was edible, so it was good. They did bingo and some other things, too, like movies and religious services on Sunday. "

"This was my first time entering this facility. When I entered the facility I was instantly taken back by the smell. Im not sure why it smelled so sour but it was not pleasant. A lot of the workers seemed like they didn't want to be there. I was happy with the rooms at this facility. My Grandmother had a private room so that maybe why I was pleased. After visiting for a while we attended dinner in the dining room, the food was good and had great service. If they took some steps to get rid of the sour smell i would have been much happier with my visit at this facility. My Grandmother only stayed at this facility for a short time so I didn't get a chance to go back a second time. I dont think that I would choose this facility if I ever had to consider nursing homes as an option. "

"Bell-Minor Home is excellent. They have plenty of caregivers. My dad likes the food. The level of care is a lot better there. It is a nursing facility instead of assisted living though. Everybody is on top of everything, and the administrators know what is going on. It is run very well, and it’s very neat and clean. "

"Since my mother broke her leg, we had to put her into rehab in Friendship Health and Rehab. The facility is an older facility, but it's clean and smells nice. The staff is real helpful and they are very caring. I was very surprised when I first walked in, they're rated very high. They don't have any deficiencies or any of that in their last score. I have to rate them a four only because the facility is old; other than that, if it was a newer building, people would be fighting to get in. I'm happy with them. "

"My father is being cared for in this facility until we can place him in a private care home. Pruitt Lanier is very clean and I was impressed with the staff. The workers are friendly, caring and attentive to my father. The social workers and nurses have been very helpful each time I've asked questions or needed assistance. I would recommend the facility to anyone looking for placement. "

"My mother came to live at this facility from another home. This one is so much better. The staff is so good to the residents as they treat them with dignity and respect. The nurses are very good. Every employee there is very friendly and willing to do whatever is necessary to help the patient and they take every request of the family into consideration. I am so happy that they are able to care for my mother since I could not meet her needs by myself any longer. :( "

"My mother is at The Oaks at Scenic View. It's been fine. It's nice and clean. They could use more staffing, but so could everybody in the world. The staff is very nice. The food is OK. She's having physical therapy and occupational therapy. She's in the rehab side, and they're working on getting her stronger. The courtyard is pretty."

"My mom is now in rehab at Habersham Home. I think it’s pretty darn good actually, and the staff is good. I’m there quite often. They are currently upgrading and painting, which is good because it needs a good upgrade, and they’re working on that right now. It has a little garden. They do a good job with my mom. It’s not easy work, but they certainly do a good job with it. "

"We're happy with PruittHealth Jasper. It seems clean, the rooms are larger, and my husband says the food is better. My daughter said his room is a lot larger than the other place he was at and it's nice. So, he's more content and it seems like the staff responds more to him. There's a large nice courtyard and then they have an area set up for the visitors, but you can visit now inside with an appointment. Everybody has just been very nice. The admissions person, the two ladies from the front desk that I've dealt with, and the financial people are very nice. They've tried to be very helpful to us."

"My husband went to Salude The Art Of Recovery for rehab. It was really, really, very nice, but they have a lesser staff-to-patient ratio than the other place, so when he needed help, sometimes it took a little bit longer, around 5 to 10 minutes. The staff was great, really good, so no complaints, and it's a fairly new facility. It's three-stories I think, they encourage people to visit patients during COVID by going outside and talking to them through the window, or watching them in physical education through the window, so you're not cut off from the people that you care about. It's a very clean facility, everybody has a private room and their own bathroom, and they have a big physical therapy room. They bring the meals to your room."
