I got my dad in Northridge Health & Rehabilitation. We chose them for the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The atmosphere is wonderful. The property grounds are impeccable. They have activities. It was a very lengthy list of activities. I have not tried their food but he says it's wonderful. He is actually doing physical therapy. They have determined that he got some limited mobility from previous surgery that he had, so they're in the process of getting his strength back. They're very involved with the residents. They have multiple community rooms. They have very large community rooms with TVs. I think a lot of men get together for college game days and football. They get to watch TV and watch games and stuff like that, which is actually really cool.

My sister has been at Northridge Nursing Home for 10 months. They have been kind to her and taken good care of her. Her health has improved since she's been here and the staff has gone above and beyond to make her happy and take care of her health. I love the staff!

My aunt was came to this facility with nasty legs wounds, barely walking let alone standing and thanks to the staff at Northridge, her wounds are now healed and she is now living back at home with her son walking around better than she has done in a long time. Staff was very kind and generous with my aunt while she was there. She told me misses the staff and would like to come visit them. Thank you Northridge.

My mother went to get rehabilitation after a partial foot amputation..She was scheduled to be there approximately 20 days..She complained of her hand hurting and the staff never checked her hand out..Instead they over medicated her and never checked her hand out..My mother was being transported from Northridge for her weekly dialysis when medport noticed something wasn't right with my mother. They transported her to the ER where I learned she had a fractured hand/wrist and sepsis that already spread to her brain..Northridge neglected my mom while she was at there a little under 2 weeks..She layed in the bed at Northridge overmedicated and they never noticed or just didn't care she had a bad infection..She went to the ER on Friday and I said goodbye to my mother on Monday..She just went to Northridge to become mobile at home following a partial foot amputation and now she is dead..Please do not send your loved ones here..!! This place is a dump..

My mil is a resident and they NEVER have enough staff to properly care for the residents. She is left in soiled diapers because they never have enough CNA'S. The ones they do have are great but OVERWORKED! We have recently stared having problems with some of the nursing staff.

I have been at Northridge since January. I am in the shared rooms, and they do have single rooms. They have some recreation that worked well.
