This is a lovely facility. It's been under new ownership since Jan 2024. The caregivers are amazing showing true love in the care of the residents. The facility smells great every time you go in. They care for elderly residents with dementia and have a true understanding of the kind of help they need. My experience with the management has been great, always willing to help and provide information to help me and my family member. I would highly recommend this place for your loved one.I’m

My mom moved into Oak Pointe Memory Center at Winder. The facility was clean and nice. The staff members were very personable and friendly. The residents seemed happy there. I can tell that the staff members are very caring of the resident and take good care of them. You can tell that they love their jobs. My mom seems pretty happy with what they've been doing. They have a nice gathering area, a lobby with couches, and a little outdoor area where they can go out, sit and visit. I think we are getting good quality for the money.
