Terrible place to leave your loved one! High employee turnover, cook sometimes doesn't show up, they won't bathe patients regularly, sheets rarely get changed, owner is not a nice person at all.

My mom moved into Oak Pointe Memory Center at Winder. The facility was clean and nice. The staff members were very personable and friendly. The residents seemed happy there. I can tell that the staff members are very caring of the resident and take good care of them. You can tell that they love their jobs. My mom seems pretty happy with what they've been doing. They have a nice gathering area, a lobby with couches, and a little outdoor area where they can go out, sit and visit. I think we are getting good quality for the money.
