I toured The Landings Senior Villages. I really liked it, but it was more expensive. It doesn't fit my budget, but people were very friendly there. It's too far away from me and I didn't want to be out that far. The lady that I met was just very friendly and showed me around. The residents there were friendly and welcoming. They were setting up for lunch when I came in. I went into a house that was occupied. The old lady had it set up very nicely. Compared to the other facilities, it's a little roomier and it's newer. Everything looks fine, neat, and clean.

Independent Living is designed for seniors who want to live in a safe environment and socialize with other seniors.
Rent includes daily check-in service, weekly grocery store transportation and access to property amenities. Residents can select services such as laundry, housekeeping, meals or care assistance and only pay for what is needed.
Our maintenance team will handle lawn care, HVAC filter changes monthly, and trash pick up twice weekly directly from your front door!
Optional services include housekeeping, laundry service, medication management, meal plans, and shower assistance.

The Landings Senior Villages had a lovely lobby area that had seating and everything. It was very well done. The staff was very accommodating and very good. Their community area was right near all of the living spaces so you could walk from your unit in short order. I believe they had an actual chef who was preparing lunches in that facility.

Visited new independent villages. Beautiful! Good use of space and well-appointed. Would have loved attached garage for more storage, but lots of storage space inside the unit. My contacts with staff have been very positive. I’m full of questions, and they have graciously answered all or found the answer. So few independent senior living options in the area. This is a wonderful and much needed addition! I will be moving in as soon as a unit is completed!
