My parents will be moving here. We visited, and they fell in love with it. It was available and it was in their time frame. Everything just worked out perfectly. They will have breakfast and dinner served to them. They go down into the dining room, so my mom doesn't have to prepare anything. All she has to do is lunch, and lunch is very simple. It's a bigger place for them where they're going to be, and there is a community for them also. They need people around their age. Cassie is an outstanding young person who is willing, able, and ready to help and assist everybody. She is so accommodating. It was wonderful. The cleanliness was outstanding. The staff we met walking through the halls was very likable, very nice, kind, warm, and loving. I can't say enough about it.

I went to see this facility, which is very nice. If I was looking to stay in Southeast Florida, that's what I would consider. They had studios, one-bedrooms, and large two-bedrooms, but the one-bedroom would be plenty big enough for me. I thought it was very spacious and very nice. I did not eat there, but I saw their menu, and it looked pretty nice. They have happy hours, they have water aerobics, and all kinds of stuff for the residents. They had a beauty shop, and they had transportation to wherever you needed to go and so forth. The only staff member I met was the woman that took us around. We were supposed to have lunch there but nobody bothered. I went to see the independent but they also had an assisted living. I also saw that they had gardens there.

It was an excellent place. I liked the apartments, especially the master bedroom of the 2-bedroom apartment. It had a bay window with a window seat. The staff who gave me the tour was very accommodating. What I didn't like about that place was that transportation going to the doctors would be a problem.

We're living here. It's a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and very good. The food is good, healthy, bland, it's not what I'm used to, but it is very adequate. They have very nice social rooms, a lovely dining room with very good waitstaff, there are gyms and exercise rooms, a swimming pool, etc. There's nothing that you could want that isn't here. I've been kind of busy getting settled, but my husband is playing Bridge, which is very good. There's a men's club, a women's club, a lot of stuff going on, and it's up to you how busy you want to be. The value for the money is fine. I don't think it's excessive, I think it's perfect. I looked at a number of places, and this one was absolutely perfect.

The nicest one we went to was this one. It was beautiful, people were out of their rooms, there was no construction, and the rooms were a good size. The salesman was good. It's a very large community, and my father was Jewish, so that really plugged right into that. It was very clean. From the back we saw the pool, exercise area, and everything was good. We didn't see anything we didn't like.

My friend is in here and it's excellent. The room is fine and he likes it and is very comfortable there. There are plenty of activities. He likes the food. There's a nice variety and it's not the same thing all the time so that's good.

My mother is already here. We like it because it's close to where I live, and the food is good. It is nice and cheery, it has lots of activities, and it has a lot of amenities. Overall, we got a good feeling from our visit. The people are very nice. The apartment is very nice. They have singers and speakers come in. They play movies, there's a library she enjoys, a hair salon, and even bus trips to go sightseeing. The pricing is very reasonable. It's a great value.

It was beautiful. I thought everything they did was great. They had OT and PT. They had plenty of vans to take you out of the community. They had a great activity calendar. The staff was amazing. The residents' feedback was amazing. There were lakes on the property. There was a beautiful swimming pool and beautiful outdoor eating area. The dining was exquisite. Everything about it was amazing. They offered three meals a day. They had different meal times in the evening. They tried to accommodate everyone by matching you up with other residents. They offered snacks throughout the day.

The staff was very nice, the office staff was wonderful. The restaurant staff was nice too. This community is more upscale than the other one I’ve visited. It’s more like an independent living for people aged over 55. The units are mostly apartments which has a kitchen and bedrooms. Two meals a day are provided.

It is extraordinary, and I loved it. The experience was fantastic, and the staff was great. The food was excellent, and everything they had in the facility was great. It was wonderful. The facility is an average type facility, and the living environment is above average as far as the size is concerned. The food was great, and there was a lot of options that they give them. The person that took us to the tour was fantastic and great with the senior citizens. If we were staying here, this is probably where my parents would go.

My visit was a very good experience. They made us feel very welcome. It was a very, very good experience. We were looking specifically for assisted living. We ended up not doing it because -- it being the first time my parents had ever visited in a facility like this -- I think maybe it was a little bit overwhelming. The unit that they would have been staying in was very small. There was only a living room, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathroom was very nice and a very good size, but the bedroom was too small to accommodate my parents' bed. They had to get twin beds to go there. The living room was very, very small. They had a small kitchenette when you first walk in. It kind of looked like a wet bar. It was a small sink with a microwave, some cabinets, and a small refrigerator. It would have been sufficient certainly for one person, but I think for the two of them together, they just really needed a bigger space. The apartment was nice, but it was small. The experience itself was wonderful. The staff was great. They were very professional. The facility itself was very clean and very well run. Their dining room was like being in a five-star restaurant. It was really good. They have all sorts of activities. They have shuttles to take them where they want to go. They have a room for physical therapy. They have different levels of care; you would pay a little extra, but there could be someone to come assist them -- e.g., to the bathroom, assistance with meals and things like that. The security seemed pretty good.

The person who gave us the introduction was very nice. The place seemed clean. It was not what we were looking for because it was not full service. It was only independent living and assisted living. It did not have nursing care and memory care. It seemed very nice. It seemed like the hallways to some of the rooms were fairly lengthened which was a little concerning, but otherwise, the setup seemed fine. The dining area and the living area seemed fine as well. They provided me a calendar of activities and showed me all the different things that they have going on every day. The people seemed to be happy, and the staff seemed to be very nice.

i toured the independent living facility with my wife and mother. We all we very pleased with the service and facility. The apartments are large and all have a great view with a large patio. Our guide was nice to offer lunch. We had plenty of choices from the menu, however, our server was nice enough to offer an item my mother wanted that was not on the menu. I spoke to other residents while having lunch, everyone had nice things to say about the experiences living here. A nice touch was a piano player entertaining in the lobby.

It is great. I have been in the rooms every day; it’s a great place, and she is very happy. The room is 700sq. feet; it’s a got a balcony, full kitchen, and a nice clean bathroom with grab bars in the shower. The staff has been terrific, and they have done everything I could dream of. There are exercise programs, they had bingo, there are mind improvement games, and there is live music. I had dinner there twice; the food and dining area were great. They have their act together, and that really impressed us.

It was the nicest and the best out of the three places I’ve been. The place is safe, nicer inside, and is in better condition. The lunch room looked nice and well taken care of. It didn’t look rundown and the amenities looked newer.

It is unbelievable. That's why my mother picked it. Everything is positive about it. We're not in there yet, and I know something could change, but from what we see there's nothing bad that I could say about it. The people who helped us were very pleasant. They gave us a lot of good information, and they took us into independent living and to the assisted living and showed us around. My mother decided to go with the assisted living because that's what her insurance covers. The rooms were very nice. For what you need, they're good enough and big. My mother is moving into a 1-bedroom apartment, and it's only about 500 square feet, but it's all she needs. She doesn't need a kitchen because they cook all her meals. It's just a little kitchenette, and it's perfect for what she needs. They have activities and anything you could think of, like bingo, cards, they take them out to different places, and there's something scheduled every day for them to do. It looked like the people were happy. We talked to the people, and they seemed happy. One woman was there 8 years. They don't look like they're ready to die, like sitting in wheelchairs falling asleep.

It is much newer, fancier, and everything was top-of-the-line. They have a nice patio overlooking the water. It has a large independent living unit and a smaller assisted living, but it has a no memory care, and that’s why we did not pursue it. The dining area is smaller and more exclusive.

The most appealing facility that I've looked into was this one. To us, it was very nice and seemed very comfortable facility. Everything was spread out for walking and very helpful if you have a walker. The hallways were wider. The food seemed good and the rooms were spacious enough for a couple. I would probably recommend this facility to others.

I visited and the facility is very nice, but the problem was it was just too far from my children. We really like the place and we like the people. They have all smiles on their faces and that impressed me. They have different activities like bingo and poker. It also got different classes like art or sewing classes. They have quite a few different activities.

It is a very nice community. A friend of mine who is already living there invited me along with several other friends to go down there, share a meal, and to go through the apartments. The staff was very informative and they showed us around and explained things to us. The apartments were very nice and very sizable. The common areas were very nice as well. Everything they have there was first class. With regards to recreation for their residents, they have exercise, plays, movies, games like bingos, etc. They also have a health facility, more like a fitness center. They were served restaurant style. Overall, I like this facility. I also like the amenities that they have. I also like the location, as it was convenient for me. I would recommend this place to others.

When I went here, the staff took me to the independent living facility and the assisted living facility and gave me all the information. The staff were pleasant and fabulous. The place was also clean and my tour was great. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My parents have been living here for about three months. The property is pretty nice but the apartments were nicer and updated and we got my parents the biggest two-bedroom apartment they have there. They seem to be in the ball as far as the medical staff and the medications for my dad but they also have nurses every couple of days to check on them. I looked at a few but this was the best of the ones that I looked at based on the price tag also.

I visited here while I was looking for an independent living place for my parents. The staff were very friendly, open and informative so we had a good experience. The place was very clean. They had a small recreational area where they can play cards or hold conferences.
