Mom's daughter

My mother lived in memory care at Trinity Springs for 11 months before moving to another facility. She smelled like urine most of that time. The staff's response was that we needed to buy Febreeze. The place is understaffed and most don't stay long. Also, various items of my mother's went permanently missing. A few staff members went above and beyond and engaged my mother, and we greatly appreciated them.

Trinity Springs is bright and the room that Mom had was spacious with good closet space. They had activities if someone's able to go. People seemed pretty nice. The facility was clean. They have a dining room where they do their meals and an auditorium that seats about 75 where they have meetings and film. Some of the food was good. Some of it was just OK.

Trinity Springs is a beautiful facility. The staff have been wonderful. I am very eager, and my dad is eager to get there. It is a very wonderful looking facility and is one of the most sought after facilities in The Villages community. The atmosphere overall is bright, friendly, and comforting. They have a physical training room and nice grounds. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and priced right. It is like walking into a resort. It is very elegant and clean.

The ambiance at Trinity Springs was very, very lovely. It's clean and they offer wonderful benefits. The apartment was very impressive and the staff seemed very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have three different dining areas, one for each floor, and they were all lovely. They have all kinds of activities going on, a wonderful physical therapy room, a beautiful movie theater where they have movies every night, other games, entertainment, and just a myriad of different things to do. I think the residents seemed very happy.

The staff at Trinity Springs was extremely helpful, and the place was extremely clean. It was brand new. The rooms were beautiful. The place was gorgeous, and the layout was perfect. I saw both independent living and assisted living levels. It's located close to where I live, and it's very close to everything. They have a salon and a gym. They have a courtyard with a gazebo where they have entertainment.
